This group was going on the old version of this website a couple of years ago and we starte raising money for various causes around the world. Our first bit of focus was on the wounds each of carry and we started listening to one another and praying for healing as needed for each other. The results for that part of our work were amazing and of great help to me and others. We then expanded our intention to raise $500 for relief in Haiti after the earthquake there. We did this by remote viewing of a sort and then using the stock market as a source of funding. I posted a picture of three objects and each morning I randomly placed three slips of paper under them indicating buy, sell, or do nothing. People from the group then emailed me their visions for the three objects and told me which of them, if any, indicated to them in the meditation that it was the object for the day. How they arrived at their choice was entirely up to them. I meditated on the three objects and visualized them and watched until one of them gave me a indication that it was the one for the day. Sometimes one of them would glow or move or vibrate or even talk to me. When I compiled the groups choices for the day, it was surprising how often 90% of more picked the same object. When we had strong correlation, I would enter the trade and take profits as they appeared. I put up the money for the trades, $1000 seed money, and we quickly made our $500 and more. In two weeks we were up to $3000 profit which was an astounding result. But another result started to develop. People started to disagree about our original intention of sending money to Haiti and started to discuss using the money among ourselves instead. This led to hurt feelings it seemed and soon, the group disbanded. We lost all the money also. It seems the collective focus was lost and the losses came just as quickly and the gains had. I stopped when we got back to my original $1000 and then stopped visiting the group as had most of the other members by then. It was quite a ride up and then down. In retrospect I believe we hit an upper limit of what might be called havingness. I think we violated core beliefs of many of the group about the nature of wealth or money and its combination with spirit. I've seen this before where people, certainly me included, can transcend a boundary for a time as though the old beliefs don't think it will work and don't pay much attention to it and then when it starts to work and the beliefs are being violated, they get frightened and sabotage the endeavor in one way or another. Sending the group into conflict was a sure way to disrupt the consciousness we had developed.

I want to try again. To form a group with healing as our intention. I want to start by healing ourselves and discussing whatever is in need of healing for each of us individually first. Then use prayer, empathy, and heartfelt response to one another to both form a group consciousness and to heal each of us in turn. Acceptance of each persons experience and commitiment to stay present with each persons description of their experiences is crucial. If someone's story is too much for someone to listen to then it is incumbant on that person to simply say that this story is something to close to something in my experience for me to provide effective empathic input and to simply stay out of that discussion until something shifts. We won't need to heal all wounds for everyone and not everyone will be able to participate in the healing of every other group member but if we make a little progress with our personal healing together, the energy that is released can be substantial. If we then protect that energy and are mindful of what we have among us we can then let that energy guide us towards the next level of healing that we can undertake.

That's my idea. I hope some of you find it worth a try. After several have joined I will start off by talking about experiences of mine where healing is needed and also descride what type of feedback would be helpful to me around them.

Love to you all
I feel the energy building already

Teresa - EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogrammin. It is a therapuetic technique that is used for reworking trauma memories so that they can be processed and moved through. In it's earliest forms it involved having the client watch an object move back in forth from right to left while remembering what had happened to them in a traumatic situation. It then was modified to include other methods of stimulating physical input across the meridian such as tapping the palms of the client's hands from side to side in a rythmic pattern. The process keeps both hemispheres of the brain on line while the traumatic memory is accessed which seems to both limit the intensity of the memory's impact on the client as well as enhance access to memories and emotions associated with the event. It also induces a meditative state quite quickly and effortlessly in most people. We use it daily to in our powering up process for our intention work as well as to enhance our conscious contact with the field. We also work through any memories of abuse that arise in the tapping as they seem to do so on their own.

Hey there everyone. Welcome to everyone who has joined since I was last here. I have been away for a bit forming an intention group in the flesh with amazing results already happening. I am hopeful we can get this group functioning as well. I apologize for my absence and will spend time here if there is interest and participation from you all. It takes commitment for this to work and it takes willingness to work out the blocks that keep us manifesting what we don't want rather than what we do. Have any of you been participating in the 9/11 peace intention? I have and it has been powerful for me.

Yes, Gary, I'm sure I have trauma from childhood. Some of it I'm aware of and some of it I'm not sure what happened, I just know that something happened. I have suspicions and since I'm somewhat intuitive, I am guessing that my suspicions are correct.
Could you please explain EMDR, I am not familiar with it. Thanks, Gary

It is in working with others tohelp them resolve theirs that I get my greatest insight andhealing. I look forward to our work together.

Teresa - Welcome first member. Good to have you on board. The work is two fold. We must clear our own unresolved traumas and the unconscious beliefs connected to them that thwart our efforts to manifest. I was working with a friend last night and using a shamanistic adaptation of EMDR to explore where he is blocked. It was uncanny how he went right to the memory that was a sort of lynch pin to his life difficulties. To practice this method of healing, you need two people. Let me know if you have someone you trust to work with you and we can talk further about it. It is the most effective wayI know to access our deep wounds and the beliefs that surround them and that block our creativity and ability to manifest love and money. We can also talk about our issues here and work with them together and as a group. Once we have done a bit of the personal and group work we can start the money raisig aspect of the intention. Starving somalia children sound like a great place to start.

I'll tell a bit of mystory to get the personal healing part started. I was born the second child in an alcoholic abusive family. My mother had been sexually assaulted in her childhood by several adult male extended family members at a very young age. As the first male child, I carried a lot of her sexual shame. I was also the scapegoat in the family. I was the identified problem. I have a lot of trouble with self esteem. I knew from a very early age that my mother was in pain and I instinctually wanted to ease her pain. At this I failed and I atually wound up hating her for quite a long time. But under the hate is a hurt child who feels like he was supposed to save his mother and wound up being a problem to her instead. When I was two she left me for three days with my pedoohile alcoholic aunt because I wouldn't toilet train for her. These are her actual words in her last conversation with me before she died. My aunt toilet trained me a sexually assaulted me as well. It was a horrific time for me. I have worked through a fair bit of this memory with EMDR using a trained terapist as my guide. It was immenselyhelpful. I have since adapted the EMDRprocess to myshamanistic practice and use it with a fair degree fo success on a number of people. I have had no adverse effects and m ost people are helped significantly. I still find that when I make moneyor am shown appreciation, I feel bad in some way. I know it is the old messages that I formed as a child that are still operating in me. Tell me something about how you carry wounds from the past and rspond in any way you see fit to what I have shared.
Love, Gary

I am delighted to be the first member! What a wonderful idea, you have! I agree that we must heal ourselves before/while we attempt to heal others. It sounds like this group will require an ongoing commitment, just as any other worthwhile and meaningful endeavor. You mention, Haiti. I donated more money than I have ever donated to charity. It was a heartbreaking circumstance. This Sunday, I read an newspaper article about the famine in Somalia. I can't get it out of my mind- the need to help in any way that I can. As of Sunday, 29,000 children have died from malnutrition in the past 90 days! Many families are losing multiple children! I cut out the article . How can we help raise money?
